The 2006 Nissan Frontier typically has four catalytic converters. One is located in the front manifold, one in the rear manifold, and another 2 catalytic converters behind the each of the manifold converters. . The front converters are monitored by oxygen sensors whereas the rear converters are not monitored. A PO420 code would be caused by the Bank 1 catalytic converter whereas a PO430 converter would be related to the Bank 2 catalytic converter.
